Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with ISOQAR India’s annual growth plan.
  • Identify high-value prospects and new sectors (manufacturing, IT, pharma, infrastructure, government, ESG, etc.).
  • Act as a domain expert and solution consultant for clients looking for certification, assurance, and training services.

Revenue Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Own the sales funnel from lead generation to closure for mid-size and large corporate accounts.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial proposals, RFQs, and tenders in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic clients.
  • Ensure consistent engagement, cross-selling, and renewals of services across business units.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Development Executives and Senior Executives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams for proposal creation, delivery coordination, and marketing support.
  • Represent ISOQAR India at relevant industry forums, expos, webinars, and client events.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain detailed records in CRM (e.g., Zoho) for all client interactions, pipeline progress, and deal closures.
  • Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to senior management.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales or related specialization preferred.

Experience:

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Prior experience in ISO certification, auditing, training, regulatory compliance, or consulting services is mandatory.

Skills:

  • Strong consultative selling and client negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of standards and the certification lifecycle.
  • Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and strong MS Office skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of individual and team sales targets.
  • Client acquisition, satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.
