Senior Executive – Business Development (Auditing & Assurance)
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Lead Generation & Prospect Management
- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads from priority sectors such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, energy, and sustainability.
- Develop client acquisition strategies in line with ISOQAR India’s growth objectives.
- Conduct sector-specific market research and competitor analysis to uncover new opportunities.
Key Account Engagement & Consultative Selling
- Engage senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads, Compliance Officers) to understand their certification and assurance needs.
- Position ISOQAR India as a trusted partner through in-depth understanding of standards and compliance landscapes.
- Nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients to ensure retention and up-selling.
Proposal Development & Closure
- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies in coordination with the technical and operations team.
- Manage complex sales cycles, including technical clarifications, legal/commercial negotiations, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure timely deal closures aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordination & Reporting
- Liaise with internal teams for seamless service delivery, client onboarding, and project execution post-contract.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales funnel, and conversions using CRM.
- Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account performance for senior management.
Thought Leadership & Brand Building
- Represent ISOQAR India at relevant industry forums, expos, webinars, and client events.
- Support the marketing team in developing client-centric campaigns and thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers).
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Science, or equivalent.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales or related specialization preferred.
Experience:
- 3–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in the domains of ISO certification, audits, training, sustainability, or regulatory compliance.
- Experience in managing large/key accounts and government clients is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards, regulatory frameworks, or sectoral compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM), and digital sales tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on presentation and documentation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Client acquisition, satisfaction and retention rates.
- Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.

The selected candidate will be expected to independently manage key accounts, lead complex proposals, and actively contribute to strategic business initiatives.
